Scope & Brand
This Anti-Abuse Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services and networks operated by
GO-HOSTING, EI (formerly “Servit”). For technical reasons, some systems identify as
secure02.servitlda.com. This hostname does not affect our legal entity or commercial brand.

Acceptable Use (AUP)
All customers and users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of the AUP constitute abuse under this Policy.
How We Handle Abuse
- We investigate valid reports promptly and in good faith.
- We may suspend or restrict services to contain harm.
- We follow industry best practices and relevant RFCs for email abuse handling.
- Where required, we cooperate with competent authorities.
Prohibited Conduct (Non-Exhaustive)
- Sending unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email (spam), snowshoeing, or list bombing.
- Using misleading headers, forged identities, or open relays/backscatter.
- Compromising accounts, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS, botnet C2, port scanning without consent.
- Hosting or distributing content that is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Abuse of API endpoints, credential stuffing, or brute-force activity.
Email Sending Requirements
- All production mail must align with SPF, be DKIM-signed, and enforce DMARC alignment.
- Respect local and international anti-spam laws and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism.
- Honor bounce management and do not generate backscatter; reject invalid recipients at SMTP time.
- Use accurate HELO/EHLO and PTR; do not send from dynamically assigned or residential space.
- Maintain list hygiene and consent records; avoid purchased/scraped lists.
Report Abuse
Please include as much detail as possible. For email abuse, include full headers and, if possible, the original message as an attachment.

What to include
- Date/time (with timezone) and source/destination IPs or URLs.
- For email: full headers and raw message (
.eml) or ARF report (RFC 5965). - Logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce if relevant.
- Your contact and authorization to share details with affected customers, if applicable.
Enforcement
- Containment: traffic shaping, blocking, or temporary suspension.
- Notice: we notify the account owner with findings and required remediation.
- Remediation: we may require password resets, patches, DNS/email fixes, or content removal.
- Termination: for repeated or egregious violations.
We may preserve logs and relevant data for incident response, legal compliance, and to improve our abuse prevention.
Legacy Naming & Infrastructure
GO-HOSTING, EI is the current legal entity and commercial brand. Legacy references to “Servit” may still appear in
technical identifiers (e.g., secure02.servitlda.com) used for routing, reverse DNS, or TLS endpoints.
These do not alter our obligations under this Policy.
